Traveling post the pandemic now involves mindful planning and careful selection of the stays. As we planned our visit to experience the heavenly monsoon in Goa, we picked The Leela Goa as our abode for four nights and five days. Read the complete experience of my stay at The Leela Goa here.
Lagoon Suite
Spread across 968 sq ft, this gorgeous luxury suite is located in a separately constructed space with a private garden entrance. The suite comprises of two lagoon facing balconies which was a perfect treat for the eyes during the monsoon time. There is also a living area, master bedroom and two separate washrooms. While we were deciding to book our stay, I couldn’t locate many photos of what the experience would be like so I decided to capture the details and amenities in the room and share it with ones who are looking ahead to plan their stay.
The experience of the stay has been splendid! The rooms are thoughtfully designed for the ultimate luxurious experience for a rejuvenating stay in the lap of the best of nature in Goa. The lagoon view is exotic and with access to both balconies, we could enjoy endless views of the rain drenching the greens soaking wet and rain droplets splashing on the lagoon water.
Stand Alone Cottage Rooms
Below you can see the exotic path full of lush greenery that leads to the stand alone room which is perfect for a holiday stay in the times of COVID/pandemic. Once you climb the stairs you get access to a small area out on the porch to keep your umbrellas, shoes etc and then enter the room. The whole experience is exclusive and very socially distanced.
